This section of my ePortfolio provides resources that I have designed myself, as well as additional resources in which I have enjoyed personally and professionally. Some of the resources have helped shape who I am as an individual as well as an educator, while others are beneficial and exciting resources that I have enjoyed using in my own teaching.
EdExpo: Inclusive Education
During my second semester in the Post-Baccalaurette Elementary Education program at Vancouver Island University, we were tasked with researching a topic in education that we find interesting, and present our findings to our colleagues. My EdExpo partner and I looked into Inclusive Education and how to create a classroom environment that is inclusive for all learners. Throughout our findings and extensive research, we were able to design a resource on Inclusive Education for other teachers to use in order to learn more about inclusivity and how to create this type of learning environment. Enjoy this resource!
